Our Trips
Jungletime Adventures co-ordinate the most exciting and challenging trips through incredible areas of Malaysia. Using ancient trading and logging routes, you are guaranteed to have an adventure you will never forget. Only 8 participants are taken on each trip which ensures everyone is involved all the time. By special arrangement this can be increased for a group booking or club trip.
Seven days are allocated for the awesome adventure.
Participants should arrive at the Event Hotel at least one day prior to start of Event. At 20:00hrs on night before departure to jungle an informal briefing is given over coffee/beer.
08:00 hrs depart KL for Jungle, lunch stop on route. The main part of the trip comprises, 5 days off-roading with a days travelling to and from the jungle. The routes will take you deep into the Jungle crossing rivers, traversing deep gulleys and pushing through thick foliage. Bridge repairs and careful, technical driving are the order of the day as you explore the area with the help of our experienced Team.
The vehicles we use are 110 Land Rovers, basic and spartan but jungle proven. All winch equipped, some diesel, others petrol. Don't expect aircon!!
Camping in the rainforest is basic, stretcher beds under a large tarpaulin fly sheet stretched between two vehicles. It is communal, for the ladies, changing areas etc. can be arranged. There are few creature comforts, washrooms are the mountain streams and rivers, toilets ………….go dig a hole!! This is real adventure expedition.
